Motel Baja Del Sol Inn — Hotel in Baja California

First, I would start with DO NOT EVER STAY HERE…||||From the time we arrived at this hotel and the very day of check out the insecure should not be a security would not let up on anything. He started the minute I drove in insisting I park pass the line in front of the room we were staying in. But the way he came across so RUDE was just unacceptable. Then we checked in and out come bugs from the sheets as we pulled the comforter off. Then we asked for some sheets to replace them the girl at the counter was so rude and demanding. Saying basically if you don’t like it you can leave. We were in town celebrating my wife’s birthday and coming from so far, trust me if we could have left, we would have, but we tried to make the best of it even with the dumb old man for security. Here’s an example I went to get ice for my ice chest, and he said NO, only one bucket I was like I’m trying to keep some beer cold, and he said not my problem. Then were in the room and there is latterly one outlet that worked, and we tried to charge our phone and it sparked. Yeah, not trying that again. I then drove to Ensenada for the day and after a long day we were tired and plan on taking a nap and go back out on the town I arrived and was told that we could not park in the parking lot that I needed to go park on the back side of the hotel on the street where no cameras are up to secure our vehicles. I asked how is that possible when we have 4 rooms and two cars and “WE” can’t park here. I got into a heated argument with TOP FLIGHT security so much was said that he and the same rude girl from the front desk said if you don’t like it then turn in your rooms so we can rebook someone else yet they would not give me my money. Well needless to say I double parked and flipped the two idiots off and stood one more night. Trust me first and last time I will ever stay at this RAT HOLE of a hotel. The service is rude, the security is disrespectful and the rooms are the worse I have ever stayed in and would never recommend this place to anyone looking to have a good time. This place is not the one. Look on the strip for others anything is better than the treatment these people provide. My wife even told them that you would think that they would be a little more hospitable considering the number of rooms we booked and paid. All I can say is WOW!!!...

I have stayed here before with out problem but wasn't alone. This time I was solo and I stay there because of the cheap price. When I checked in there was no problem and key was given to me alittle bent I figured if it opens door no problem. Everytime you leave you have to take key to office and it is returned when you come back. I returned that evening late and stopped at office the lady at night started a mean attitude with me she showed me my key and it had been put in a vice and twisted like a piece of spaghetti. She then started telling me that I left it like that when I turned in. Why eould I do that I said she said well the lady in office wouldn't do it. She then started threatening me saying I needed to be careful with things in room. She said I needed to pay $2 for new key inwhich I did. She called housekeeping to let me in I didn't sleep all night thinking someone was going to walk in. I dont.know what triggered all of that but a warning to...
