La Jolla Excellence is a fantastic resort with a range of amenities that make for a luxurious and enjoyable stay. The accommodations are comfortable and well-maintained, the pool area is beautiful, and the dining options are excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

However, one aspect that detracted from the experience was the requirement to wear a fluorescent green wristband permanently until check out. This means that when customers go out in public they can be targeted for crimes. While I understand the need for security and guest identification, this policy is a safety hazard for tourist in public from the overall experience. I believe the resort should consider a more discreet system for identifying guests or at least inform customers of this requirement before they book their stay. I've visited Rosarito many times and fell in love with the area. I have always thought how awesome it would be to own a condo or villa right on the beach. I know its very affordable but just never found the right place. That was until I came across the new upscale community by La Jolla Excellence. Right away I was impressed with the condo and villas they had available and even better the price. The sales agent showed me around the community and instantly I felt right at home. The beach area was beautiful and had a pool area looking over it. I felt safe and comfortable because of their security too. This brand new community had me in awe. And the local restaurants and shops were amazing too. This was exactly what I was looking for. I worked with Alejandra at La Jolla Excellence. She is one of the best customer service people I have ever worked with! Prompt in returning phone calls, e-mails, she is amazing! La Jolla Excellence is a gorgeous property! Construction, finishing choices in your condo, incredible. The construction and views from the condo towers is breathtaking! DECASA is a builder that has been around for decades!! This property for people out of the country/not a Mexican citizen is handled by a Fideicomiso NOT Ejido Land!
