San Felipe Place to stay B&B — Hotel in Baja California

There was a bit of confusion I guess. We were under the impression that that we had booked for a two bedroom B&B apartment. It turns out that the living room space/Kitchen and the bedroom is considered a two room . We had no choice to stay, I did live that everything was very clean and had amenities Like kitchen appliances, dishes , utensils , shampoo and conditioner. Towels. My first impression was only the two room , Room. Location was great. Not enough parking if you come with friends or family members who come separately in their own car. Horrible place! The room smells tobacco, the bed is super uncomfortable, there isn't kitchen stuff, the wifi is not working good, etc. The worst part is the owner, special the guy, he is a bad person. That guy is a scumbag. He is an agressive guy and very upset. He think that he is better than mexicans because he is from America. So, the worst place I've been in Mexico....

We stayed here twice. Sarah and Sean were very accommodating with local info. They are American. Room we stayed in had a kitchen/dining area with limited utensils and dishes.
