Hotel Posada Magdalena — Hotel in Baja California

Up Date: 12-01-2023 The owner call me after I left multiple meassage and had Grecia translate. (Owner) Enrique Mora reviewed his tape in the parking lot. Enrique said they was a homeless person hanging around my car. Said it must of been the homeless person. The buttom line is you and your cars are not safe at the Hotel Posada Magdalena. Why would you not go out and check on what someone was doing around your guest vehicles? Up Date: 11.24.2023-I called to talk with the manager, the Hotel has a monitor. I'd like to see this recording of who keyed my car. I gave my phone number so the manager would call me back. They will not reply they hang up the phone. This was the only place I stopped that I was NOT standing next to my car, on this trip. Date: 11-22- 2023. This was my third time staying at Hotel Posada Magdalena. The first & second were checked in, went to sleep the next morning on our way. The third time* I was traveling solo. I asked for two clean pillowcases for the bed, and the young girl at the desk wanted to be combative. I would not comply with the girl's combativeness. The next thing a man's voice was at my door. This place needs work i was very disappointed 😞 with there service & rooms 😒!! I normally try to give people great 👍 reviews by giving them heads up. So 1. Check in time horrible. We had to check in at 3pm didn't get the room till 4pm. 2.the room was a nice size it can fit 5 people if you share the 2 queens and they have 1 twin I believe. Great 👍 view over the beach ⛱ has a balcony 👌 😎 👍. The bathroom need wrk the toilet seat moved which was not comfortable. The fan in the room move so slow 🐌 😒 that it was pointless & the ac as well. Being 105 degrees it got hit in the room. 5.we had 5 people they only gave us 2 towels! When ask for more they were out so it took forever. What end up happening 😳 she forgot about us. . Stayed here with my family in the family suite! Wonderful staff!!!! Great spacious room! The amenities in the suite are far way better than any other hotel around!!! Hot water on demand when turning on the water! The distance from the Malecon is a few minutes drive but I prefer it that way ! Specifically when your with kids! If you have ever been here in San Felipe on the weekends you would understand why! Very friendly staff! I would definitely stay...
