Siempre Valle — Hotel in Baja California

This was such a great deal. There are other places similar, but not at this price. The view is incredible! There are other places with the modern cabins to stay in, but some just have a view of the road with passer bye'rs. You are out and off the beaten path and it is very quiet and peaceful. The room was very clean when we arrived and we started out time away with a bottle of wine on our little patio as we watched the sun go down. There is very nice small pool, but of course in February the water is pretty cold. There is a Jacuzzi that is hot and ready and sits off by it's self, so it has a bit of privacy, but you have a nice 360* view all around you. As bad as we wanted to go in, it was indeed as well pretty chilly at night, so next time! They have snacks and wine in the room, but you need to pay as you use it, and it's an honor system and envelopes to put your money in for the items consumed. There is a restaurant next door (Salvia Blanca), and it's real nice, but a little pricy. We went there for Breakfast and had a very nice meal together. They even have craft beer with their own label. There is also a couple Vineyards for very close for tasting and we highly recommend, Vinos Don Tomas and Vinos Xecue. Xecue has a wine that is orange in color and is fantastic. My only advice would be in communication with the workers on the ground. They were all very nice, but we paid the little extra to have our patio fireplace on at night, and no one ever came to light it. So I'd say, schedule a time when to have it lit, and pay when they provide the service. We hope to go back again, and in the summer so we can enjoy the pool...

We had a huge inconvenience we accidently booked 2 rooms instead of one through a third party in my head i thought it was 2 beds. My mistake. There is no one to great you, you have to figure it out. that was fine Alexis who was walking by was amazing but that being said he made a mistake and told me to cancel my reservation and that they would honor me one room and would help me get my money back he confirmed with Karen " management "so I did as he said. 10 minutes later Karen says o no we cant give you your money back sorry i then said well can i at least get my other room that i payed for and she said oh no since you cancelled i can no longer let you go in. It was horrible! she started saying how they were gonna loose money if she payed me back but as a business owner if my employees mess up out of courtesy we take the hit since its our fault in this case she did not she said she would zelle me when she crossed the border on that Wednesday of course that never happened. The way to get to the hotel is dirt road, there are no directions, it is confusing to get there, we arrived 3:45 pm and there is no reception, there was someone nearby, we asked her for the reception and she said oh yes, I'm going to open the door and she said I almost left because you not were arriving. We left from California there was a lot of traffic and apart we got lost because there are no signs to get to the hotel. If you need something there is no one, if you have problems with the room there is no one, we asked her for a place to eat and she said I don'tknow. My husband and I were OMG seriously we were starving. Also not hot water for take a shower, the pool water was thirty, If I'm going to leave 3 stars, it's because the room was very clean and with a nice view.
