Aldea All Day Dining — Restaurant in Baja California

Can’t believe this place doesn’t have more reviews and it wasn’t packed as it is truly a jewel in Valle! The architecture and all the art display and decoration details are extraordinary, lovely view, amazing atmosphere, great service, divine food! You first arrive to an interesting looking lobby with very cool restrooms, wine tasting and great photo spots. A golf cart picks you up to to take you to the hill where the restaurant is at, quite an experience as well!

The restaurant is not really big but has an awesome view and clean look. There’s a roof top with a 360 degree view of the Valley.

We ordered different appetizers, entrees and desserts. We highly recommend the tiradito rasurado, we liked it so much we ended up ordering again. We loved the oysters too! All the seafood we tried was so fresh and delicious.

Our server was Gabriel, and he did amazing. The chef Ray and manager also were very attentive. Thanks to the entire team!

Just some things to improve: -They don’t really have a lot of drink options so maybe include more mixology will definitely improve the menu options -The view from the patio is espectacular specially during sunset but the chairs outside are not that comfy , maybe just include some sort of cushion, it’ll be great

We will definitely recommend coming, we will for sure go back and maybe even stay at one...

We stayed at the hotel and we're able to enjoy 3 breakfasts and a lunch here. The food was divine and the service absolutely perfect. Nice outdoor area if the weather permits. The margaritas are the best...
