BUNGALOWS CASA REY — Hotel in Compostela

We were searching for a place to stay, and a young man approached us and told us about this place. we went,we loved it asked in how long they would have it ready and they told us that in 1 hr we got there at 10am. An hour goes by I ask the "manager" And told us they they were not ready, keep in mind she was just there sitting, she told us to check later. Another hour goes by I ask the same "manager" (Chubby lady) and she's still sitting in the same office and told me that she already told me They are not ready and rolled her eyes at me.. I explained to her that the reason we decided to stay was because they told us an hour she then told me what do u want me to do I told u they are not ready and if we don't like it, she would give me my money back. Very rude and unprofessional. I told my uncle. he spoke with Felipe and he was very helpful. He said he would talked to them and if we need anything to feel free to look for him. I've been here over a week and I really like the location as well as the place as a whole. Our bungalow has all the necessities and the people are attentive to your needs. We're right on the beach and having a pool helps for those that don't want to get into the ocean water. Food is just a small walk away so taxis are really unnecessary unless you're going to a different town. Oh yeah and everything is way cheaper here than Puerto Vallarta.
