Dinner at Vista Guayabitos was a delightful experience. Alphonso and Paulo were exceptionally attentive. My wife enjoyed the refreshing Vista Guayabitos cocktail with Mezcal. For starters, she had the crunchy Camarones Vista Guayabitos, and I had the Aztec soup. Both portions were generous and delicious. For the main course, my wife had the Tuna Medallion with black sesame, and I had the unique Mahi-Mahi fillet, Zarandeado style, with a tasty dressing. We had an excellent dinner at Vista Guayabitos. My husband had the pescado relleno, or stuffed fish, and I had the Portuguese shrimp, which is sometimes referred to as mummy shrimp in a lot of Mexico. It was shrimp stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon with a slightly sweet sauce on top. Both dishes were fantastic. Our server, Cesar, was very attentive and friendly. very nice view but terrible service. The waiter couldn't even tell us what alcohol was in the cocktail. he told us he was just a waiter! We invited our friends and he received his meal 30 minutes after everyone else. the waiter never came to ask us if everything was okay.. We had to ask for our bill at the counter because he didn't come to see us. there was very little traffic this Tuesday in the restaurant. Yet we loved this...
