Hotel Agora — Hotel in Ensenada

It is a cheap motel, no-frills, but it was clean. However, pillows were placed in the decorative pillowcase where it was evident someone had leaned back on it or maybe others had placed their head on it! When I removed the pillows from the decorative pillowcases there were no covers. Only one set of towels in the bathroom. The noise was continuous in this area even though it wasn't next to a major thoroughfare. In another Tripadvisor member's review, he noted that this motel "is much cleaner and nicer than most others in the city", I hope this is the case.||||Parking is limited. Don't assume everyone speaks English. Price is lower in person than online. ||||If you have a child with you, keep the child away from television while you are searching for an acceptable channel as you may be shockingly surprised at what channels...

Everytime I come to Ensenada (every 6 weeks or so) I stay here. It is a cheap motel, no frills, but much cleaner and nicer than most others in the city at this price point. ||The staff doesn't speak much English, but seeing as this is Mexico, that isn't important. ||Don't be fooled by the price flashing outside. That is the price for 4 hours. This is a motel after all, and unlike in the US, motels are mostly used as a place for lovers to have some privacy. ||The price online is dramatically higher than the in person price. The staff did not help us with our neighbors upstairs, we stayed downstairs (never will do it again) These people started walking around the room at 3am wearing shoes and making a lot of noises like moving furniture around, they never stop even when we complained to the lobby and they came to their room. they were quiet for a moment and then continue their business, we could not sleep nor rest at all.
