I do not recommend this place for their dishonesty. When I notified the person in charge of an item missing in my room, they took it as an offense. Instead of attempting to apologize or amend the situation the person in charge of repeatedly stated that I was wrong. She mention those type of things do not happen because there is employee checks before everyone is gone for the day. Meaning, they check their belongings to ensure there is no theft. There’s obviously a reason why they do that, because probably there has been theft in the past. Right? Absolutely nothing was done for me, and I didn’t expect my belongings to be returned At this point. However , the way they handle it like I was the person that was crazy and incorrect. The bathroom was a disgrace - broken tiles, chipped paint, rust around the fixtures. There was no temperature control in the room - no vent whatsoever for that matter of fact.
