Hotel Platino Expo Guadalajara — Hotel in Jalisco

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We checked in late and the room they gave us a room where the bathroom was full of black mold. We asked to move to another room and it was worse. It was after midnight so we just closed the door to the bathroom and went to bed. Next day we asked to be moved again and the 3rd room had black mold. The lady at the front desk called someone on the phone and they promised a credit for the next 2 days we had reserved so we could move to another hotel and here is is a month later and no credit. I tried to contact the hotel 3 times and hotels.com after and nothing. That whole hotel is infested with black mold and not a safe place to stay. If I could give it zero stars I would. Pictures are from the first room. The other rooms were worse. Room numbers were 15, 14 and I believe 12 if I recall correctly. I don't know how this hotel has good reviews or the stars/rating it does. Websites should review this hotel and drop it if possible. DO...

The room was very clean, decent size and wifi was working perfectly, I was able to work from my room. The staff was very nice and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The food from their restaurant is okay, but if you don't like it there's a McDonald's nearby and It's also near plaza del Sol which has a variety of stores and restaurants so that's a plus.
