First of all to the hotel staff who made this experience out of this world. Ángel and Denis, others too but I have forgotten their names. This is a place you come to relax and get away from society and disconnect. WiFi is spotty and I was okay with that! Seafood is the main source of the food they serve so keep that in mind while some other things are offered on menu. I can say that the seafood you order is coming directly from the ocean you are staring at. Not 100% sure but I am 99.99% sure. The locals you meet at the beach and the restaurants near by are angels sent from heaven. Friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The beds are hard, our sink bathroom did take a while to drain. These are minor things compared to everything else you are exposed to and can enjoy. The restaurant next door does offer a snorkeling tour which I highly recommend! The gentleman who runs it was a life guard for over 12 years of experience at the most dangerous beach in Mexico. I would say that if I didn’t experience and see his talents at work while out on a tour with him. Great guy! His name was SanMiguel! Looking for a true an escape.. this is without a doubt the place you need to come too. No need to...

My son and I got food poisoning at this hotel. No-one (not one word) spoke English.||One roll of toilet paper for a week. Staff can't help and cannot communicate but they knew the English word for "tip". ||||Small pool was filled with locals when we got there and in the hot tub.||Seems to be a public place.||||$300/night is a joke and a rip off||I'm a regular traveller to Asia, India, etc., and I'm not overly fussy but this was ridiculous. ...

Food was terrible. My son and I got sick (my son threw up for 5 hours on the plane home after having breakfast) I was still there and was bedridden for one week. Staff did not SPEAK ONE WORD of English. Staff couldn't even read their own menus and they were not helpful and somewhat rude. The food they put in front of us was disgusting. Staff only gave us one roll of toilet paper for one week. $300/night is a joke and a rip off (pool was...
