i visited once and it was ok because i had the best room in the hotel for 2 nights. i was there this week from dec 2-5 with my daughter and we booked the large room with 2 beds that my friends had had the first time.. i told christina i wanted that room for the 2 of us.. when we arrived we waited 20 minutes to have them show us to the room,. they didnt offer us a welcome drink like the first time and they did not give us the room i had booked.. here are the pictures of the 2 different rooms with 2 beds. because they had given away the room i wanted to other guests they put us in this small double,, my daughter was very unhappy so she had to pay another $250 after i had paid $350 for the large double.. we never ever saw Christina even though i told them i was a dissatisfied customer... not even a cup of free coffee in the morning and the margarita my daugher ordered was $8. (150 pesos)... the wine by the bottle when i checked sold in Chedraui for 125 pesos was being sold for 650 pesos.. the only bad experience i have. had in a long time and i am a world traveler i tried to post fotos of the 2 rooms but i dont have...

From the rooftop pool next to the bar, (while sipping best margaritas in Chacahua made by Joaquin) + while watching the sunset, to the hammocks on the beach that offered perfect shade in the afternoon (and the best naps) — every detail made our stay unforgettable. The beach was just a short 10-minute walk away, with awesome surf options. And after a long, hot day, the air-conditioned rooms were a real saviour, providing a proper sleep we needed in the heat.
However, what truly made this experience outstanding was the incredible hospitality. Christina took such great care of us and the kindness of the entire staff was just amazing. We also had the chance to explore the bioluminescent waters and go fishing, both of which were magical experiences. Read moreThis small boutique hotel is the perfect spot to getaway. The rooms are basic but clean and have air conditioning. The rooftop deck is perfect for seeing the sunset. The location is great - we walked to see the baby turtle release and enjoyed a nice meal at the new restaurant next door. Wifi worked well. Our only complaint was that there were no cushions for the beach chairs but we were told they are on their way.
