Fiesta Inn Express Querétaro Constituyentes — Hotel in Querétaro

I stayed at this hotel for about three weeks for business. Let me briefly mention some of the issues: • I reported the air conditioning problem in my room to the reception several times, but they never fixed it. It was around 7°C outside, and the room was freezing. I had to use a hair dryer to stay warm. • When I first checked in, there were women’s hairs in the bed and on the pillows. I reported it five times, but the situation never changed. The bathroom was dirty, and the room overall was not clean. I requested a fridge, but it also had hair inside and on top of it. The same issue applied to the bathroom as well. • The water pressure from the tap was very weak, probably because the filter was clogged. I reported this five times, but nothing was done.

• I gave 8 pieces of my items for dry cleaning, it was missing. The next day, when they realized that it was missing, they found it again and brought it.

• No one speaks...

Wifi is NOT working, have told front desk, and 2 hours past nothing changed yet, are there someone working? (above was from the first day check-in)

Update: after contacted the travel agent Expedia (where i booked the hotel), and travel agent contacted the hotel, the hotel manager confirmed with Expedia in email would talk with me about compensation on 2nd day, the email time was already 11pm local time, so i just slept till 2nd day, But in the morning there changed a different manager who do not acknowledge whatever the first manager agreed in email, even i showed the email They just said no way to get even partial compensation. They were blaming my devices problem, but all my phone/iPad/computer had no problem get Wifi from next door Starbucks (when in Starbucks). Their attitude was very bad 😔 Spent almost US$100 (with tax) a night in Mexico and no wifi...

Tristemente lo único que valió la pena de este hotel fueron las habitaciones, reservamos Superior doble superior. Cabe destacar que nuestra reserva fue a través de Expedia (costos más accesibles) y sentimos que fue motivo de discriminación pues, aunque las señoritas de recepción no fueron groseras, no nos dieron el trato que como huésped quieres sentir al llegar al hotel; llegamos mucho antes del check-in, no había habitaciones y al preguntar un tiempo estimado de entrega de cuartos pues expresaron que no sabían, que tenían que asear habitaciones y era tiempo variable sólo nos dijeron "pues espérense", además de que no nos dieron toda la información requerida para movernos en el hotel.

El hotel está situado en un centro comercial muy grande (Puerta La Victoria), era la primera vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel y cuando llegas a la entrada del mismo está súper raro pues sólo hay una sala de espera, dos elevadores un letrero que señaliza sanitarios, lobby y no sé qué más, y nadie que te atienda, así que das por hecho que tienes que tomar el elevador para subir al lobby y a ver qué pasa! Llegas al lobby y parece todo menos lobby! No cuentan con estacionamiento propio, es el mismo de la plaza. Nuestra reserva no incluía pago de estacionamiento así que pagamos $100 por día, la cual es tarifa especial del hotel; sino pagarás $25 por hora.

El restaurante es una burla, barbaridad, una jalada!!! Tampoco parece restaurante, es insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes, es extremadamente pequeño. Como el espacio donde están los alimentos es muy reducido pues las personas se amontonan lo cual es peligroso porque si llegas a chocar con alguien puedes quemar con los alimentos calientes. El sabor de los alimentos, aceptable.

Otro tema son los elevadores; súper lentos e insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes. Para llevarte a tu piso funcionan con la tarjeta de habitación, así que si desconoces ese mecanismo puedes quedarte en el elevador un largo tiempo; a nosotros no nos dieron esa información en recepción así como tampoco que quedaban desactivadas a partir de las 11 am siendo que el checkout es a las 12 hrs.

Cuentan con una mesa con 4 computadoras a un costado del intento de restaurante que tienen, y los niños pueden utilizarlas para jugar y entretenerse.

No visité el piso 7 donde se encuentra la piscina y el gimnasio.
