Staying at Casa Fortuna for a week was a dream come true. It has a stellar location right on the beach, where you can go swimming or snorkel with the free snorkel gear provided onsite. If you’re looking for something closer, there’s also a private pool right outside the patio. The space is ridiculously large and comfortably fit 10 people. It has all the amenities that you want when you’re traveling in Mexico and living beachside, like a washer/dryer, water purifiers on each floor, and of course, hammocks everywhere. There is also a rooftop where you can enjoy the sound of the ocean on one side and the seemingly endless jungle on the other, with a telescope available for stargazing. The housekeepers are friendly and quick to respond to any questions you may have.
