Truly, if you could do less than one star... you would.||1. FILTHY. Like totally disgustingly filthy. The photos on the profile are ANCIENT. The furniture is totally different upholstery, stained and dirty. The common area in the "Bar" has cushions that are completely flat, and so dirty. Breakfast area, obviously there is no health department inspection here. The chafing dishes are so nasty by the handles. Completely unappetizing. Bread for toast but there is no butter or margarine. If you ask for salt and pepper it comes in a creamer or dish. There are no shakers. The floor is so stained and UNCLEAN it obviously has not been mopped in who knows how long. ||2. The rooms. They have enormous TV's but the bed's are old and hard and gross. The tiles are broken and dirty on the floor. Our first room had 2 ratty chairs in the front room with a desk (a wooden island sticking out from the wall), no chair and no table. But... HUGE tv. The bathroom had a FILTHY floor with lots of red marks under the sink. Blood? Finger nail polish? Who knows. The sheets were dirty on the beds. Again huge TV. This is such a poor representation for Posada. Embarrassing. We had to ask for a different room.||3. Walkways to rooms, old trays full of dishes for room service placed along the short wall. A accidental shove would cause it to drop to the bottom of the atrium area severely injuring anyone walking by. Again, the tiles are broken and dirty. ||||We were with a group and it was our last night. We stayed at so many nice hotels during the nine days. To stay here last was a terrible way to end the trip. I felt very sorry for our guide. It obviously wasn't his choice. He took us next door for Dinner at Fiesta Americana (where we had been told we would be staying). I'm not sure what...
Read moreThe room was filthy and had a real bad smell. The couch was soooo dirty as well as the carpets. Four keys cane out from behind a mirror. When we mentioned it their response was “oh it’s because sometimes they have groups .....and then said nothing more. What kind of groups? Eeeewww that was gross. The remote control had no batteries we had to call for an iron. It was bad. We called the front desk they changed us to another room which was a bit better. At the least it did t smell and was too dirty. I think the starts it has are way off. I spoke to I e if the employees and they said they are the same owners as Fiesta Americana across the street and they put everything into that hotel and this one was just bought out to avoid the competition but it’s not cared for. When on the elevator we made small talk with a guest just to learn military live there. Soooo it’s more like a motel. Here is a video to back up what I’m saying. The only reason we didn’t leave was because we had already paid the TripAdvisor. But we give this...
Read moreHotel is rundown, initial room assigned, closet missing doorknobs, rust on bathroom faucets, stains on bed covers, walls dirty. Then assigned a Junior Suite, no rust at least, kitchenette faucet water leaking badly that floor puddle/stream formed from faucet to bathroom. Maintenance came in to fix, could not, turned water off to faucet, and told to utilize bathroom faucet, water still leaked and formed a stream to bathroom. Walks in rooms look old and rundown just like the furniture. Expectations of Fiesta were much higher. In hallways, walls dirty, holes in wall, tape holding up parts of wall, glass water stained and not cleaned. Stay was disappointing for first time trying Fiesta, will never stay...
