Taquería El Güero — Restaurant in Sonora

My Mexican friend wanted us to have lunch here because her parents brought her here when she was a child. She knows I do not like spicy food but she assured me this food would not be too "hot". It was the most disgusting meal I've ever had. And, it was so spicy my eyes watered for 30 minutes. The restaurant was so unsanitary I wanted to leave even before I saw the food which was not served but self serve. In a 3rd world country, that can be dangerous. Did the person who served himself before you have clean hands? Or did he drop the serving utensils in the food and fish them out with dirty hands? The family was nice. Recently, my wife and I went to Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico between Christmas and New Years. While there, we went to my wife’s #1 craving that she has while not in Hermosillo, Tacos Sudados.

The service is top notch, it was very clean and fresh, and the Tacos Sudados were perfect! The grease runs all over your face while you eat them and yet, the shredded beef, potatoes, and secret sauce combination is absolutely amazing! This is the only restaurant in the world that makes these! Absolutely amazing and a must try for all foodies when they’re in Hermosillo....

Para mí es una parada obligatoria para desayunar en Hermosillo este negocio e desayunado desde que tengo uso de rason de 3 o 4 años hoy tengo 45 años me dio gusto regresar y que hayan recuperado ese sabor inconfundible y esas quesadillas muy sabrosas por cierto.
