If you want to best steak of your life and a great Malbec (Elsa Bianchi) then the SSH is a must! Their aged rib eye Sonoran beef is the absolute best and although I am not a big beef eater I order my own steak. Steak for steak I think it's even a little better than a superb steak I had at Don Julio's in Buenos Aires in April. Unfortunately the service is hit an miss so if your waiter disappears just flag down another. The chile poblano soup is to die for. I've been going here for years and can honestly say I've never had a bad meal...service sometimes, but meal, no. I don't like bloody beef so I've found that ordering med to well, emphasis on the well that it comes out a tiny bit pink. Order it rare and I think they just slap it and throw it on the plate. Location and service were great. Inside was a little small and crowded and I felt kind of hurried so people could come in and sit, however the weather was perfect and I would have rather sat outside where there was plenty of seating. 3 stars only because the steak I had was average. The appetizer was actually better then the New York Sirloin I had. I went to another steak house down the road from this one a few years ago and the steak was unforgettable!! Which I guess is why I was disappointed with this one since it was the top rated...
