The worst place my family has ever stayed. If I could give zero stars I would. Our check in was at four and we walked into such a disgusting room. I had children with me and I was furious with a lot of the things they saw. We couldn't leave the room until the maids were finished cleaning.. not to mention the ac didn't work so we had to wait for that guy to COME and LEAVE or he would not be able to fix it .The toilet was broken so we had to have that fixed as well. The room didn't have any towels nor did we receive ANY the entire 3nights we stayed there. Everything was broken and run down so over priced we paid $1077.60 and I regret it so much. Even the fridge didn't work. The property managers were so rude I don't have the words nor did they have any remorse for all the inconveniences they caused us. We wasted a whole day in that horrible room waiting on them to correct everything. The property management kept giving us the run around every time we tried to talk to the owner about our experience. We even waited to leave hours later then we wanted just to talk to the owners who ended up being out of town. This ruined our vacation .. simply...

Great location and view. They have security for the guests. The master bedroom was good size, good bed and clean sheets, towels, etc. However, both showers had mildew along the walls, ceiling and shower door tracks. The air filter for air conditioner was completely covered with dust and very dirty. Owners may need to consider a different cleaning staff to ensure their property is being maintained. General upkeep like wiping walls, touch up paint, washing dishes, cookware, etc. Sliding patio door lock was jammed and unable to open door. It could be potential hazard if unable to get out if needed. It was a last minute booking since original condo was inaccessible from road flooding. Would only stay again if it was the only option vs....

The Security Of Las Gaviotas Great. The condo that we stayed at from Kivoya and personal not at all. The condo was dirty, towels dirty, no toilet paper(took them 2 days to bring some. Only dropped off 5 rolls for 5 people for a 7 days. Had to buy more.), ran out of paper towels within the first 2 days, TV in master bedroom not working, shower not working (took them 3 days to come fix, fans and vents disgusting. Furniture is falling apart. You can tell they haven't cleaned nor done maintenance in a while. Was supposed to have a gallon of water never brought. Took many tries to get in contact with them. After a while didn't answer my calls, had to call from another phone #. Very disappointed. Don't recommend booking...
