Terrible customer service! I do not recommend If you're planning ahead your vacations and want to avoid bad surprises, STAY AWAY from this location! I booked for my next travel to morroco few days at this hotel, couple of days later I got the notification that the proprety couldn't process my credit card! I contacted the hotel and explain that First: my credit card is valid, and second the booking conditions shows pay at the property, what are you trying to charge me for?! No one answred my emails (3 times) 3 days after they cancceled my booking, I send a message again and then they replied saying we couldn't process your card! I said I already contacted the hotel, to see what hapenning and already confirmed my card is valide... After they cancelled my booking they increased the price. Starting with the good. The pitches are of a decent size. The electric supply seemed stable. The site is situated a little over half a mile from the beach. Not so good was the friendliness of staff. They seemed more geared up towards French visitors and not particularly helpful. No information given on the site at reception. No hot water for washing up. I was chastised for collecting hot water from the shower to wash clothes. Yes there are washing machines but didn't want to queue for them. I rarely give bad reviews but feel 3 stars...
