We are from the USA and were visiting Morocco. We decided to stop for a drink night at the Mamora Hotel in Kénitra. This experience was absolutely disastrous. We wanted to relax by the hotel pool and have a drink there. In a few minutes we got attacked by mosquitoes, the place was infested and my girlfriend and I were devoured by this pest. We spoke to waiter about this and our dissatisfaction , he told us that he too is suffering from this pest but had an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude.
In disbelief, we went to the front desk to complain, only to be met with the same attitude. The receptionist told us not to complain because he was suffering from the same issues and fell silent, as if he was already aware of the situation that management doesn't care.
This hotel is a disgrace and should not be welcoming guests. We are deeply disappointed and outraged by the appalling service and unsanitary conditions. Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your health and well-being. Ps: Attached are the...
Read moreThe hotel is well located. It is in the center of town. It is close to everything. The hotel is very safe and secure. The room is clean, heated and well furnished. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and it is well equipped with everything you need. The staff is very courteous, polite and very serviceable. The staff is also very trustworthy. There are there to make your visit worthwhile. When you ask for something, they run to get it done. The breakfast is very good, has a combination of stuff so you will have more choices. I was impressed with the staff at the Mamora and their smile and hospitality. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely go back to stay there. The restaurant downstairs offers very good and delicious dishes (Moroccan & International). I assure you it is the best food i've had in the region. Something I really liked about this hotel, Managers/Supervisors are always on site to ensure service quality for clients and to ascertain that things are...
Read moreGive in it 4 stars because of the great food they have, the staff at the restaurant are so polite and professional, I liked the attention to details, it felt like home, and the chef is so collaborative they even let me order a head so I can find my meals ready without waiting.
For a 3 stars hotel I find the the price range a bit pricy for Kenitra and the services they offer, it's not that great the are no slippers, and the sound of the air conditioning kept me awake all night even though it's cozy.
Do I recommend the hotel ? absolutely no . Do I recommend the restaurant ?...
