Step Burger — Restaurant in Kenitra

I like the burger, namely spicy chicken burger. But nothing special about it. I expected more because burger is in their trademark. The burger I ordered cost 37dh. I paid 42dh. I asked what's the additional 5dh price, and the cashier told me that it's because I paid using foreign card. I didn't know about this fee because I have always been using this foreign card for payment in other stores and they never charged me extra. I wanted to connect to their WiFi, my phone WiFi radar detects their 5G & 2.4G WiFi. I tried to input the password written on the receipt, but it said wrong password. I asked them about the correct one, and they said there is no WiFi available. I guess they should've removed the password from the receipts, then.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your establishment on , October 24 around 02:45 Am . I placed an order through but when I received it, my order was incorrect. I attempted to ask for assistance . One staff member from the kitchen , whose name I believe is Mohammed because he doesn’t wear his name tag , spoke to me in an impolite manner,. I explained the issue to him, but he continued to judge the situation without offering any help. When i asked for the manager to address my concerns no supervisor no responsable , I was disappointed. This level of service is far below what I expected. I believe that even at a souq, I would have received better hospitality. A really unpleasing first experience! Even though the food was good, my friend and I were shocked by the staff's level of humiliation of us. The employees, especially the cashier, kept making fun of us and using sarcastic language right up to the very end (even when they brought our order in) just because my friend ordered "Tacos poulet" instead of "Tacos special".
