Hôtel Résidence Al Warda — Hotel in Ouarzazate

I stopped here for one night on route to mezouga the Sahara. It exceeded my expectations. Was excellent value for money. and I booked the hotel very late around 9pm at the time not knowing what time I would arrive at this location. I arrived in the early hours around 2.30 am. All the lights were out and at first I was worried however when I entered the hotel all my worries were eased the staff who greeted me was very understanding and helpful and the staff I saw in the morning were also lovely. The room was better then I expected the beds were fine bedding was cleaned. And the room was tidy. I was really surprised by the breakfast I didn't expect fresh orange juice or fresh pastries. To start when we arrived the lady at reception was not welcoming at all & seemed like an inconvenience. The rooms had a strange odour, some of the sewer. Some had no hot water.
