نزل أطلس — Hotel in Oujda

Terminus is a city hotel suitable for a short business stay in Oujda. Not in the summer though, as air conditioning for the Oujda summer temperatures is inadequate. It has an amazing garden, very well taken care of. Rooms are old and not in their best days. However, renovation works have started. Breakfast is adequate with very nice freshly made omelettes and freshly squeezed juices. Laundry service is very efficient and on time. I stayed more than a month in the hotel, so i got to know all the staff very well. For this i will have to give the credit for a job well done, to certain people. Mostly Safae, but also Najat with Chef Mohammed were always with the smile and willing to serve in the best way at breakfast. Marwa at reception is a very nice girl, with a sweet smile and willing to help, despite her lack of english. Nadia is taking care of housekeeping in a very efficient way. Last but not least, Abdssamed, the porter, only in name. Because he is the man for everything. Anything you might need he is always willing to help with a smile and his good heart, NEVER asking for anything in return for his help. At Terminus City Center I found the experience to be a mix of positives things and some areas of improvement that are undergoing.

The rooms are generally satisfactory, albeit a bit dated, while the bathrooms are modern and well-maintained, they are still renovating the rooms.

On a positive note, the breakfast offered was delightful, with fresh preparations and accommodating staff who were eager to assist with any requests. The housekeepers were particularly commendable, displaying attention to detail and a friendly demeanor—truly deserving of a 10/10 rating.

The guy that’s at the swimming pool always maintain everything organised and is always attentive and gives you a smile.

The hotel's location is a significant advantage, situated within walking distance of the city center and key attractions in Oujda.

In summary, Terminus City Center is a pleasant place for a short stay and if you need ANYTHING you can always count with Abdesaamad. I appreciate the efforts being made and hope to see progress...

My stay in Terminus City Center was over a month and I have to say that there is a lot of space for improvement. The WIFI in the hotel doesn’t work in most of the rooms, I changed the room several times and I still have a room without internet. If you are traveling for business and you need internet you should avoid to stay in this hotel or you should spend your money on local sim. I have spend over 1000 MAD for internet. The rooms are very noisy as they keep giving us rooms on the street side and in the middle of the night you are unable to sleep due to traffic. The staff at the breakfast are nice and also the security guards however staff at reception are rude and they don’t help you out. The hotel is promising everyday improvements however no improvement was made.
