"I had a very disappointing stay. When I checked into room 607, the air conditioning did not work. I reported it several times, but had to wait more than 2 hours before staff admitted the problem. At first, I was told no other rooms were available, but later I overheard that several rooms were actually free. Instead of offering me one of those, I was moved to a much smaller and uncomfortable room (612).

This felt very unfair. Why was I only given the smallest room when other options were available? What upset me most was the unequal treatment — I felt I was not given the same consideration as other guests. I sincerely hope the hotel will improve fairness and respect for all customers in...

The hotel was very new when we stayed there. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful even if sometimes it was a bit difficult to speak English with them, they helped us to book our bus tickets. Breakfast was good it was not a buffet when we stayed because not there was not enough customer so they made it "à la carte" not to waste food (good idea !!). We have booked a Family room with 3 beds and stayed for 5 days. Hotel is still under construxtion in the floors 5 and 6. We had our room on the fourth floor with a great view over Mandalay Downtown. The staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel manager was very helpful and arranged everything for us. Bicycles, motorbikes, trip to the environment of Mandalay and transfer to inle lake.
