Pleasant House Motel Nyaung-U — Hotel in Nyaung-U District

For the first time in my life the staff was surprised when I came as they did not expect us (despite making an online booking one week in advance and having paid up front). At first they tried to tell us it's not possible to stay, but we were persistent. Still, that wasn't the worst. Not only the receptionist (male) didn't speak English (he thought he did though), he completely forgot to prepare an ebike for us the next morning and no one was there to help us. On top of that, he wanted to charge us 70% more than the renting place in front of the motel!!! That is outrageous. We couldn't trust these people at all and we did not feel comfortable nor welcomed. Also, the place is very noisy due to thin walls and a neighbour who likes to play very loud music, especially at 7 AM. The breakfast is something I would like to forget. Never, EVER, again. Non abbiamo avuto la stanza che abbiamo chiesto ce l hanno cambiata ma il tv non funzionava anche dopo varie richieste niente da fare . La pulizia della stanza era scarsissima sia appena entrati che nei giorni seguenti anche dopo varie richieste di sollecito. Si sono anche persi la chiave il 1 giorno che stavano li . Il patio esterno sarebbe anche gradevole ma sempre sporco e come vista avete un telo verde pieno di immondizia. Nous avions une chambre pour 5: deux lits doubles et un lit simple. La chambre est confortable et la salle de bain propre. Le personnel est adorable, la responsable parle couramment espagnol.
