Those young guys tried to be very friendly, unfortunately they basically don't speak English at all though, which made it all very difficult. We asked to get our breakfast earlier in the morning as a doggy bag to take it to the lake (which is super common at the Inle lake), they said it would work. When we got up, actually no one was at the reception and we were locked in the house. When I woke up the guy to let us out he said he will prepare the breakfast right away so we decided to wait. 20minutes later we asked again, he said they are busy doing it so we decided to take bicycles and wait even longer to then find out that they didn't even start preparing it yet, because they couldn't find the key for the kitchen. We left without any breakfast and still had to pay for the bikes. It's a bit out of the way from all the other hotels and from the boat jetty but this means its a...

It was peaceful. Keep your expectations down and you will enjoy...
