Unpleasant Experience, Misleading Policies

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a highly disappointing experience. When I booked a double bed room, I assumed it would accommodate my family, including my two children. To my dismay, upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel's policy only allowed one child in a double room without extra charges.

Not only was this policy not clearly stated during the booking process, but I also had to pay additional fees for my second child, making the stay much more expensive than anticipated. This felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze more money out of guests, and I found it completely unacceptable.

Furthermore, when I tried to discuss this issue with the staff, they were unhelpful and dismissive, showing a lack of empathy towards my situation. The lack of transparency and the way I was treated left a bitter taste in my mouth.

I would strongly advise potential guests to thoroughly review the hotel's policies before booking, as this experience has left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied. I will not be returning to this hotel...

Such a bad customer service. A bad place to stay with friends, if you consider to go for a staycation. We have paid more than enough for a room already for the staycation and they came and knock on the door, telling us that the visiting time is over. Also, they added that they are doing this because their boss is there and it is out of their control. Also, there are rats in the cupboard.FYI. We called the receptionist but the staffs didn't respond or neither give us a new room, instead they just prepared a rat trap 😆. The staffs were not well trained. The morning breakfast were gone since 8 30am, where we knew that the breakfast starts from 8am to 10am (I think) and their excuse was that they are still cooking and it would take 30 more minutes. I have stayed at this hotel three times. The first time, I love room (but not wide )and customer service. But breakfast is not good and there is only one choice. The smell is weird. The second time , I still love room ( it’s wide) and customer service. Breakfast is still bad. The last time is so disappointing. The room is like garage. Heater is not working and tv channel is not available. Kettle is aslo broken. Bedsheet is dirty and i was itchy bc of bedsheet. When I said staff about they clean and change it with new.
