A room was provided for teachers for Brainworks school 2016 year teachers because it brought teachers from overseas too early. I stayed this hotel one month without laundry utility from the school because the school teacher housing wasn’t ready. This room was a compensation from the dorm engineering who was late and paid for rooms for teachers. The school was supposed to pay my food and laundry but didn’t —this hotel followed me to Yangon academy for the $100 bill the Brain works director owed !! #UNODC this hospitality was terrible endentured servant for Passports! School didn’t pay one month bill for laundry and food at the IBIS and IBIS follows me to job to get money. USA Embassy in Yangon has employees that work at these schools! #NGO Residence Registration! 6 weeks in Yangon? I got fired from school when k wanted my passport back! I was not given notice and did not get last month salary from the school —yet IBIS FOLLOWED ME TO YANGON ACADEMY FOR $100. I don’t know how I was supposed to live in yangon waiting for teacher housing corruption scandal to end, and I can’t choose to not have my salary deducted for Expert qualifications. IBIS could have employed me at the bar and I would have paid debt and made more money than teaching Burmese kids AP Environment and AP Health Sciences—under minimum wage. IBIS could have hired me—a United States military veteran. #medalofhonor Don’t TRUST BRAINWORKS SCHOOL ! Ibis isn’t teacher dormitory houseing and School won’t pay your bills while you are on Per Diem. Despite this, we were disturbed three times at night with repeated calls asking for payment. This showed a complete lack of common sense and understanding of customer comfort. We were tired and trying to rest, yet the staff kept disturbing us unnecessarily—even though they already had our ID as security.
