Green Paradise Hotel — Hotel in Yangon

This hotel is a very awful one. The hotel staffs lied and tricked me. My room carpet already had a cigarette burn. When I checked out, they told me that I did it. I told them that I didn’t do it, and I showed them all the evidences. However, the staff told me that it was my responsibility to check the room before I came in. WTF! How am I supposed to check the entire hotel room (all the small details)? I requested to meet with their manager, but they told me that the manager wasn’t available. They demanded me to pay 20,000 mmk [Myanmar kyat] for that carpet. Btw, when we were having that stupid conversation, total of 8 staffs came into my room. FOR WHAT? If I didn’t pay, they would beat me up???||This hotel is a very disgusting hotel with full of retard staffs who are waiting to cheat and deceive the guests. This hotel is located within a housing neighborhood, it's not accessible from the main road nor from the nearby train station. I had difficulties locating the hotel, they are actually at the end of the small neighborhood road.||Reception staff didn't anticipated my arrival, I'd book a room at Agoda. The whole check-in process was a complete confusion. I finally got the key after waiting for 20minutes, staff speaks little to none in English. ||Room has somewhat western fitting, green carpeting on the floor suggests that perhaps this hotel caters to the locals. Western toilet style with a awkward shower area. ||The TV provided has an obscene channel, perhaps not suitable to family or business purposes. I am recently stay at this hotel left me with mixed feelings. On the plus side, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was commendable. The affordable price also made it a reasonable choice.
