Hotel Inya — Hotel in Yangon

I personally asked my man in Yangon to go down to the hotel,check the rooms and book there.But on the arrival, they gave me the room, lonelily located in the front of the porch yard and entrance where we could hear every car or any other guests passed by. We requested for a quiet room on the second level and they promised for it, but ended up in a room, which seemed to be a guard house, I suppose. What they replied was, because they were fully booked so, they were not able to give us the room we wanted. My hub visited the hotel four days earlier and already booked it, and yet they were like nothing happened. And even one of the receptionists told me that if you were not satisfied with the room, we can fully refund you. OMG !!! it was 9 pm at night and we will be moving on to another city the day after. Could be cheaper, but the quality of the hotel is great. Needs more wall plugs; there was only one wall plug next to the bed, and there were only three wall plugs total in the room, all scattered in the wrong places of the room. so charging electronics were difficult with the mosquito repellent machine thing plugged in already. A/C works great but because of humidity, no towel or clothes dried no matter how much effort I put into it. The fridge is FULL of drinks to choose from. The cleaning job is amazing. Shampoo, toothbrush, good soap, nice towels, hot shower, slippers, etc were all provided in good quality. You can smoke indoors, too, so that was one of the personal favorites for me...

Near Inya Road, old fashioned hotel. The staffs are very cool and it is difficult to ask their help. Noboday is not ready to say Hi to customer. The receptionist explained that Standard is not included breakfast and Superior is included it. Breakfast is terrible, just only fried rice and noddle. We always stay in downtown whenever we are in Yangon. This time this hotel is near my meeting, therefore we go there. They want to cheat everything. The price is too high, 45,000 MMK per night.
