Avoid! At this place we got robbed for 1500$ by the hotels staff! We left the room key at the reception, and the guide and some other person confirmed that they saw us leaving the key at the hotel. When we came back, hotel staff said that they don't have our key and they finished by breaking the lock to let us in. At the moment we didn't check out things and found out the loss already on the way to our next stop, far away from Muktinath. The hotel denied everything. The manager was rude with our guide on the phone, was swearing and raising his voice, saying that we lost our money...

I would not recommend this hotel. When I booked, there was no clear mention that I would be required to order all meals from the hotel restaurant. Only after check-in I wasinformed that if I ate elsewhere, I would be fined. This feels misleading and unfair, since this important policy was not explained at the time of booking or during check-in. Guests should be free to choose where to eat without hidden rules...

Leider muss ich mich den schlechten Bewertungen anschließen. Unterer Durchschnitt für hohen Preis, Zimmer im UG war okay mit westlicher Toilette (kein Wasser & Dusche funktionierte nicht; Bad stand unter Wasser), Bett bequem. Nur eine gemeinschaftliche heiße Dusche. Personal spricht kein Englisch, desinteressiert & 0 hilfsbereit (z.B. Bus o Jeep Zeiten/Buchung), Fragen mussten 3x gestellt werden, weil einfach weggegangen und Videos am Handy geschaut wurden. Zimmer werden ‚hoch‘ mit 1000 berechnet (trotz Essen; isst man außerhalb sogar 3000) - wie ich erfahren habe ist z.B. der Aufenthalt im Bob Marley nebenan kostenlos. Essen war nicht gut, das Chicken Sashlik war mit Knochen kaum zu genießen & Pommes wurden vergessen (obwohl besprochen) und das Frühstück (Buckwheat Bread u Cheese Omelet) hat nach nichts geschmeckt.
