Had gone there to have dinner only which costed me about 400 NPR for Chicken thali ..pretty reasonable price and well behaved staffs..overall the service and taste along with the surrounding ambience was good enough to allure you as a Person...Will visit again whenever i will come in Hetauda!!! Highly recommended for family stay...Safe secure and well maintained hygienic place!!! Only thing i found funny was that i had already a sealed mineral water bottle which i had bought from buspark but after having the dinner while paying the bill at the counter i saw the notic written as no outside foods and drinks allowed which kind of was a hilarious thing for me...😆 Anyways highly recommended from my side...

I arrived today with a booking as well as a call 2 hours prior arriving- when I arrived, the room was not ready. None of the rooms on the 2nd floor were cleaned and the receptionist was not willing to give another room on other floors despite another work suggesting so. Anyhow, my booking on booking also had so many facilities (I guess delux standard) because I paid higher, however the girl was adamant on giving me a room on the 2nd floor. Then she says no rooms are ready and that I have to wait for the rooms to be ready ! in the heat! I said then I want to cancel and go look at a different hotel to which then she replied saying I can’t because I booked online. Immediately, I argued back saying well it’s almost 3 and then rooms aren’t ready so I have the right to cancel. Mind you her tone was RUDE from the beginning! Its not a hotel, its a scam for people.||Food packets like chips, cheeseballs, biscuit packets are expired and also these are available in the room as complimentary but while asking the charge i got the menu card where i shocked.||Oreo biscuit 10₹ packet was charged for 60₹||60₹ cheese ball packet was charged for 120₹.||Appy fizz bottle worth of 10₹ they were charging for 60₹||Real juice packet worth of 10₹ they charging for 60₹… really?
