Sesame in Hetauda has become my absolute favorite spot! I discovered this restaurant a year ago, and now I find myself going there almost every week—sometimes even twice a week. The food is consistently delicious, with flavors rooted in Asian cuisine, and the space is cozy with modern and contemporary decor that makes it feel so welcoming.

The owners, Ajay and Neuma, are truly amazing. They always greet us with warm smiles and are incredibly respectful. What stands out the most is their attention to detail—they even stop us from over-ordering when they see we might not be able to finish everything. Their suggestions on dishes and how to enjoy them best are always spot-on.

Sabin, who serves our food, is another highlight. He greets us with a big smile every time and serves our food with so much care and respect. The service here is unmatched, making every visit a pleasure.

As for the food, everything on the menu is worth trying, but if I had to recommend a few, the Kimbap (a new addition), keema noodles, glass noodle salad, seared pork, kothe momo, homemade chips, and veg chowmein are absolute must-tries. Honestly, you can't go wrong with anything they offer.

Talking about ambiance, the vibe is cozy and aesthetic. The chairs and sofa are comfortable and the overall look of the restaurant feels really pleasant. Great for small gathering with friends.

Now about the absolute beauty - The Food. We had chicken keema noodles, chicken wings, seared pork. Fulfilling quantity and tastes amazing. The chicken wings in as the highlight. They ask for spice preference and make it accordingly. The sauce and the meat pieces blended together perfectly. My personal favorite was the seared pork. Enough quantity and comes with rice, kimchi, and spinach. The meat was juicy and with the kimchi it tasted amazing.

About the drinks, the drink pineapple with ginger was refreshing. I had asked for less ice and it came with less ice.

One of the best cafes I have been to in Hetauda, the atmosphere is calm with soothing music in the background, the vibe is cosy and aesthetic perfect for couple dates and friends gathering. Although the space is cosy but they have beautifully decorated it.

Now talking about food, the foods are amazing, they have a limited menu and we can understand that as they love their work. After a long time I have seen such enthusiastic couples who are passionate about serving their customers. It can be seen in their service. Drinks are refreshing and their description even more so.
