OYO 340 Hotel Om Namo Buddha — Hotel in Hetauda

This could have been such a great experience if the place was better managed. TWO stars for the great gentelmen they have in for the Security Guard. He is professional, friendly and welcoming.

The other staffs just felt like crowd who knew very little about hospitality and the whole business felt like it could be great with some level of management.

Day 1: The bed linens and towels were dirty and definitely not properly washed. Not all plugs were functional, the wifi was not working for some reason and the closets could have been fixed easily.

Day 2: My room was changed without my consent or information !!!! That's a big NO. It was however a better room compared to the previous.

Day 3: The staff struggled to prepare an invoice and had no record of the number of days I stayed! I think they probably miscounted the days of my stay!

Mysteriously both rooms I stayed had only dim and colorful lights !!! It did not feel...

The room was good but not as good as they charged for. At that price we would have got better accommodation service and hospitality in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan. The best part of staying at this hotel was we were provided with silent room with nice view of the surrounding. The worst part was Mosquito bite throughout the whole night. My suggestion: please, provide Mosquito repellent (its affordable for the price...
