I am pleasantly unsatisfied with their responsibility. I booked one room, and when I talked to them, they said, 'Ah, sure, it comes with breakfast.' However, when we arrived at the hotel, they changed their statement and said there were two rooms available without breakfast. This lack of responsibility and hospitality towards their customers is disappointing. I'm not just referring to the price and two rooms; I'm also disappointed by their service. Main reason I chose the hotel is because it's in walking distance to MayaDevi temple. Hotel itself is good for the price. It would be better if they upgrade the maintenance of Bathroom. TV was not working properly and didn't want to bother them. Had to ask kettle. I wish they put everything in order before having over the key to the customer so that we don't need to ask for each and every service they provide. Staff are nice friendly. Worst experience. Booked the place a day prior from Pokhara with direct call to the manager.talked to him twice about the rooms and other details. Next day reached there with my family .My kid was so tired . the manager was no where to be seen.The lady on the front desk had no idea about our booking .
