Worst hotel, stay away from this property.

No Electricity back up- had to sleep whole night without electricity in spite of paying full amount to the owner in cash. Rude behavior of owner and Manager- The owner Mr.Akash is a very rude fellow who wanted to argue with me that nothing is wrong in his property. AC didn't work even after electricity came, and this was the case of every single room of our floor. We changed room thrice but found AC was not working properly and without cooling. Charged exuberantly- I paid 2000 Nepali rupees in cash and got the service of a 1 star motel at this hotel Landlines not working- I had to go up and down every time I had a request. I mean what kind of hotel does this, even a Rs.200 hotel in Delhi have a working landline. TV not working in any of the room I changed No Bathroom slipper provided Water Leakage in bathroom- As expected, this was a horrible property and we knew we cant get 5 star or I say 2 star services at-least. Window damaged- The night I stayed was a windy one and the window was shaking violently, my sleep was broken thrice by the voice of the windows shaking.

Wi-Fi not working

I know the cost Aakash hotel is providing is cheaper but their facilities are more cheap. My whole afternoon-evening went from calling one hotel staff to another.

It was a nightmarish and horrible stay at this property even after paying a very high price. They are tarnishing brand image of OYO for all the guests.

I will never recommend this property of OYO to anyone else.

Owner Mr.Aakash is really not helpful, he was there and asked me to vacate the room , the audacity of this person was mind-blowing.

We left as soon as it was morning because the sun was almost up and till there was no electricity and didn’t want to spend getting roasted inside the hotel without AC.

Most of the rooms are facing sun, I don't know who made this property without even considering these factors.

The only thing good about this property was the service staff who were almost on their toes every time I asked...

Most hopeless hotel with the most rude staff,will never suggest anyone to stay here,there was no cook and some unknown staff was asked to prepare our dinner which took 2 hrs to serve and we had to serve ourselves n get our own cutlery n crocker crockeries and when dinner finally came which was just simple Dale rotisserie and egg curry as those were all they had to offer it was a disaster unedible, as we were hungry after our long travel we had to force it down our throat and to top it all the makeshift cook was angrily shouting at us that he had to make rotis and prepare Dal so it takes 2 hrs and we were shocked that we were being yelled at and we were supposed to understand that they had only one staff and we were like in a free government dakbunglow and we should be grateful for staying there and pay the bills and service tax where all the service was done by us ourselves so please anyone thinking of staying here...

Questo hotel di recente costruzione risente delle evidenti carenze delle maestranze locali. Purtroppo, pur essendo tutto nuovo ed in stile simil-occidentale, ci sono parecchi dettagli da rivedere, come risalite di umidità, muri con buchi (anche grandi, da cui si vedono le tubature), non sono state installate le pompe di calore, e nei fori della predisposizione gli uccelli fanno il nido....la pulizia è piuttosto scarsa sia nelle stanze che nelle zone comuni, alcune delle stanze (ci sono state mostrate per farci scegliere quella che volevamo) presentano inspiegabilmente il bagno come se fosse già vecchio e malridotto. Inoltre l'hotel si trova in una piana piuttosto squallida, seppur vicinissima all'ingresso del sito sacro di Lumbini, e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla "stazione" degli autobus (uno spiazzo li vicino). L'hotel dispone di un ristorante, che però era a corto di cibo, tuttavia sono stati gentilissimi permettendoci l'accesso e fornendoci tutto l'occorrente per cucinarci un piatto di pasta. Ci hanno detto di aver inaugurato da tre mesi, e si vede l'inesperienza e l'assenza totale di organizzazione della gestione. Tuttavia l'intera zona è piuttosto particolare, un immenso cantiere, forse tra qualche anno, quando l'urbanizzazione sarà completata, non si avrà più quella sensazione di squallore e abbandono che ci ha colto all'arrivo. Non mi sento di consigliarlo, ci sono altre guest house e piccole strutture nel piccolo centro abitato che si...
