Before coming to this hotel, I had stayed at smaller, family run establishments where you felt like a part of the family. Coming into a hotel this large, I was ready to be an anonymous guest. And at first, I have to say that my impressions seemed to be confirmed. For example, every other hotel I had been at offered each guest a free liter of bottled water every day. We had to pay 90 rupees for each bottle of water. Every other hotel had free Wi-Fi. We had to pay something like 100 rupees an hour here. But then my niece and I ran into trouble and I realized how much the staff were willing to do for us! My niece received an e-mail for a preliminary job interview. As a preliminary interview, she was expected to use an app, video record her answers to questions via her phone, and then upload the entire thing. As in many hotels we'd stayed in before, the Wi-Fi speed is affected by the number of people using it. And unfortunately, the speed was too slow for her interview app to work. Razi, who was managing when we were there, went WAY beyond the call of duty. He walked us to a friend's restaurant down the street where there was a good Wi-Fi signal. The friend actually changed the password to his Wi-Fi so that only my niece could use it. And thank heaven, it worked! Then Razi walked us back to the hotel. I can't tell you how much this meant to us. My niece really wanted this job and would have missed an opportunity if it weren't for the staff at this hotel. ...

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our rooms were nothing short of breathtaking, with elegant décor, breathtaking views, and state-of-the-art amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and rooms were spotless. The hotel's dining options were equally impressive. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, and from ala carte menu meal at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary masterpiece. The attentive and friendly staff made every meal a special occasion. he hotel's location was also a major plus, with easy access to the city's main attractions. We were able to explore the city with ease and convenience. This establishment exceeded all expectations, offering a truly luxurious and unforgettable stay. From the impeccable service to the stunning rooms and exquisite dining, every detail was flawless. It is difficult to review this hotel without being truthful and yet, I do not wish to spoilt the business.

So for what it is, here are the truths.

Bedroom is decent size, aircon fairly strong and wifi is good. There are many plugs for your devices, and the in-house water comes in Glass Bottles (but there’s probably the only saving grace for this hotel).

However there are Stained toilet bowl, there is no bidet, and the flush is not working, shower stand under bathtub and i can’t figure out how to get hot water, i let the water run to get hot water but it doesn’t to work.

Due to the low occupancy, breakfast was a set meal option, but it came in big portion and tasty.
