Worst experience of stay Nightmare hotel rooms are very small pathetic service Rooms r Full of lizards and cockroaches Tv not working telephone not working ac not working manager is rude standard of hotel is very low Staff is very much rude They r not accepting nepali currency and charged everything in indian currency at much higher cost.

This hotel is not less then a nightmare. The manager of the hotel is rude and unprofessional. He don't know how to speak with the customer. Whenever we ask for the services ( soaps, towels) , he says it's finish and we did not serve this kind of services. The room was so unhygienic. And AC does not work properly even the wifi services...

2 night stay was horrible

Did not receive a daily room service Did not receive a complementary drining water. Taps leaking Rooms were smelly Soap dispensers broken. Damp room walls Dead flies in the dining table Dead flies under the bed sheet.
