I have no idea about Nansc hotel's dining restaurant bar and rooms but in case of cafe 13th street staff's behaviour was disappointing their actions are like it's time to close cafe just get out of here idgaf kind of ... We are also belongs to hospitality field we know how you should deal with your guest . First they turn off lights before closing time according to them it was okey and then after few minutes one staff came to us and said cafe is about to close so should go I'm here for bring hukka we requested him to just give us just 5 minutes we already paid bill we will go by ownself but he denied and we saw own other staffs are sitting inside and having hukka or etc ...|This incident won't make good image on your hotel. If staffs are behaving like this noone wants to...

Rooms are not properly cleaned. Housekeeping services is really poor.

When I called to book the room, the phone receiver does not know whether any rooms available or not and average rates of rooms. He asked me to call after an hour so that a designated resources would be available to give me information.

When I walked into the hotel when my flight got cancelled, I truly regretted staying on this hotel, based on the condition of the provided room and amenities available on room.

Cable TV was not working. Phone set was not working to call Reception. No wifi password provided. Amenities on bathrooms were very minimal.
