Staying at Hotel Lacoul Inn was an absolute pleasure. I enjoyed both the Deluxe Double Room and the Suite Room — both were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished. The Deluxe Room felt cozy yet upscale, while the Suite gave me extra space and a refined feel perfect for relaxing.

One standout feature is its unbeatable location: the hotel is just a 2 - minute walk from the main central bus station (Bhairahawa Bus Park), making it incredibly convenient for catching buses to Kathmandu, Pokhara, and other destinations.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout, ensuring a smooth check‑in and prompt room service. I also appreciated the in‑house restaurant — breakfast and dinner were tasty and served efficiently. The area around the hotel is peaceful and quiet, ideal for rest, yet just minutes away from city amenities .

This is a great option if you find yourself at the Nepal India border area. Staff are super helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel can also manage transport from Nepal to India by taxi so you can avoid that complete hassle of lugging luggage to two completely different destinations (Nepal exit/India immigration). There are significant power outages in this area but the hotel has a generator which helps considerably. I recommend for sure especially at this price point. Excellent Stay – Great Location and Amazing Staff! The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to Bhairahawa city center and the bus station. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The food was good and definitely worth the price.

What stood out the most was the hotel staff – they were extremely polite, supportive, and genuinely committed to making sure guests are happy. Their warm hospitality truly made my stay memorable.
