I just want to say if your a seasoned traveler who has experienced LUXURY then be WARNED THIS RESORT IS NOT LUXURY. Almost everything they claim on the website is NOT OFFERED. With the exception of wifi which worked great at both Locations. This is definitely NOT A LUXURY RESORT. The PRIVILEGES they claim to provide are NON EXISTENT. This is at best a 3 star resort. Its run down and in need of repair the vibe is suppose to be spa like but relaxed is not what you get. Its more like bored and aggravated. My husband and I made the best of our stay after two room switches due to non working air-conditioning. Be mindful they try to gaslight you and tell you its working when clearly nothing is blowing out of vents. The gourmet food is hit or miss. Not consistent at all. You may get a good meal one day and then get a horrible meal the next. The baked chicken was so tough that you need jaws of steel to chew it. Steer clear of the mango fruit sauce. Clearly its made by the bucket full because one day mines was definitely spoiled. They serve frozen burger patties and wingettes. The only lunch items that seemed fresh are the tacos and wraps. ONLY ONE RESTAURANT. Not three as stated on website. No Welcome tote on arrival. Staff claims they ran out months ago. The free bottle of wine and fresh fruit daily was a cheap $9.99 bottle of wine that sat in a bucket of tepid water the entire 6 days along with the same two wilty apples our entire stay. They ran out of top shelf liquor, straws, creamer, limes, lemons for days at a time. One waitress had to purchase limes herself to bring to Zoetry. 24 hour room service is laughable. Ordering by pool is also laughable. So just get up and walk over to the restaurant and maybe you get your food within an hour. I waited 1 1/2 hours for tacos while sitting in restaurant for lunch. While another couple said it was two hours and they still had not received their frozen wingettes by pool. The mattresses are in desperate need of replacement. So dont expect a good nights sleep on these lumpy indented mattresses. They do come to flip the mattresses two days later after complaining. Dont expect the front desk or housekeeping to pick up the phone When you call. I lost count how many times i had to leave room to walk over to front desk. The claims of rooms being cleaned 3 times daily and fridge being replenished twice daily also non existent. It took 3 days for me to get diet coke and that was only after complaining to manager. That was the only day fridge got replenished. The cleaning 3 times a day. A HARD NO. I was lucky if bed was made by 4pm. One day it was after 4 when they got around to cleaning room. The FREE BOTTLE OF CURACAO IN ROOM IS A MINI BOTTLE not a full bottle. Don't expect to see a nightly entertainment at this resort. There is none you need to take a rundown golf cart with no running lights over to an even worse resort called DREAMS. I MUST ADMIT WHILE DREAMS IS JUST AS RUN DOWN. THE NIGHTLY ENTERTAINMENT IS GOOD. don't expect to hear music by zoetry pool they play very low ELEVATOR music by pool. You will need to go over to Dreams for pool music and beach. Get your FADED towels quickly because they run out and on some days you don't see clean towels till about 11am. This resort is SHORT OF STAFF. Its clear they are operating with a ghost crew. Some of the staff is so inexperienced that they look up how to make the simplest drinks on the phone. So make sure to find the one experienced bartender and waitress. The pool is definitely NOT CLEANED OR DISINFECTED DAILY. I had to complain to the manager about the dirty film around the entire perimeter of pool wall it needed to be scrubbed. And with on the hour a guy was spraying and scrubbing while guests were swimming. There is iguana crap everywhere around pool. My husband also complained about this. Cleanup was a quick sweep bit no disinfecting so watch where you lean or rest your drink by pool edge you just may be resting your hand or drink where crap was just swept away. The cappuccino machine in room was also broken

1. The service is incredibly slow. We waited in line for 20mins at the hostess stand and were completely ignored. People look you dead in the eye and ignore you. We left. 2. The beach bar and grill at zoetry do not actually open at 11. They are all on island time. I don’t mean a couple mins late either, you’ll be waiting an hr. 3. A lot of the employees seemed to be laking common sense. Not trying to be rude in any way, but it was just unfortunate. We had ordered lunch by the pool and the employee had her hands in her mouth playing with her tongue ring and then proceeded to cook our food without washing her hands or putting on gloves. 5. I got maple syrup as the dressing to my salad … 6. You order room service and it comes an 1.5 hrs later ice cold and you get french fries you didn’t even order. 7. The only employees who ever wash the dishes are the bartenders who are breaking their back doing everything else. The team work there is lacking. We witnessed exactly five employees just standing around the bar watching the bartender make a million drinks while the sink was sitting full of dishes. Doesn’t make any sense to me. I understand if you can’t make a drink, but at least help where you can. This caused the clean dish racks to be nearly empty very often. 8. The bars were not open the full time they advertised. I think because they do not have enough bartenders to cover all shifts and all bars- by the pool, in the lobby and by the beach. 9. My husbands steak was cooked blue rare though he asked for medium rare. 10. There are no snacks anywhere and the restaurants close or just don’t have the food available you want. All 4 days I asked for things on the menu and were told they don’t have that anymore. I also called room service one day, ordered my meal, and an hour later got a call that they don’t have what I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. I never thought I would lose weight on an all inclusive. All these complaints were shared with the front desk at Dreams with Valentina. I know she shared with the manager, however, nobody ever reached out to us. To me it felt like the managers didn’t care because they probably hear these compliments day in and day out. Despite nobody contacting us, Valentina is an excellent employee. She is a great communicator and clearly knows what she’s doing. She also seemed to be genuine when we were explaining our complaints. I could tell she felt bad and wish she could have done something about it. However, I will say because the handful of good employees they had, it made our trip much more enjoyable. We had the best, kindest, and hardworking bartenders- Jeison, Dyon, and Latoya! They all deserve a huge raise for doing the job of 10 employees. They all come to work, to work, and do a very good job at it. They don’t complain but rather do it with a smile on their face (and sweat on their forehead). It’s not that they are understaffed per se, they just have a lot of warm bodies. Also our one and only incredible waiter was, Emyron. He was very personable, down to earth and hard working. I’m sad we met him at the very end of our trip but he made up for the others. Also the boys in the front that greeted us & drove the golf cart were all wonderful- Max, Lake and Dominic. When we first arrived they all said, “welcome home” and handed us a fresh essential oil cold wash cloth. I thought that was such a sweet thing to say and do. It made us feel like we were starting our vacation on the right foot. We felt like Dominic went over and beyond for us. He had amazing social skills, common sense and a beautiful smile on his face the whole time. He was easy to talk to and seemed genuinely happy to hear about our day. Also, Dominic saw towels in our hands and without us asking, he asked if he could take them for us. That was very kind of him and service we appreciated. These employees I listed made us all feel welcomed, taken care of and loved!

DO NOT STAY HERE (or tread lightly) !!! Besides the property being gorgeous, this resort is underwhelming. Unfortunately, it is not a 4/5-star. The service is horrible and the food was nasty (bland and unflavored). One of the worst places I ever stayed. Customer service: (Room service, housekeeping, etc.) I cannot stress enough how awful the customer service was. It took HOURS for room service to bring my food. One day it took so long that I contacted the front desk and let them know, which the lady replied, “room service missed your order”. Unacceptable. When I requested towels they took more than 40 minutes to bring them. Basically, if you request anything, be prepared to wait and/or not receive the requested thing(s) at all. They are not prompt when it comes to servicing guests and they do not inform you that there will be long waits. On two separate nights I called requesting stuff to be sent to my room and it never was received. They will agree to something and not follow through. No one should have to constantly call for service. On my second day housekeeping failed to clean my room. I had to contact front desk and ask for them to clean it. It was cleaned around 8:30pm, forcing me to leave the room. Upon checking in, the representative told me I needed to pay (?) although, I paid online. She mentioned there was a misunderstanding b/c it showed as unpaid in their system. My issue with that — I booked through Hyatt’s website, which they work closely with. They should have contacted Hyatt for further assistance/confirmation. I provided all necessary documents but that still was not enough. They had to go through numerous loop holes, causing check in to take longer than expected. When checking out, you can choose a time that works for you. They do not have a specific checkout time, which I liked. There was no assistance with taking my bags yet, front desk asked me what time I would like for my bags to be picked up, and confirmed the bell man will be at my room. Restaurants/food: The hotel food was awful. Food was served lukewarm, unseasoned with little to no flavor. I thought Curaçao’s food was not good until I went to local food spots. Eat food outside the resort — you will be satisfied. Zoetry has two restaurants with 5 at their sister property, Dreams. I ate at every restaurant and the food was consistent — unappetizing. My last night I ate at Botanica (at Zoetry) and it was the worst night. The service was dreadful. It was so bad that I requested to speak to the manager. The waiter, Kauwsar, was exceedingly impolite and unpleasant. She ignored my asks, had a lackluster attitude and completely dismissed me when I was speaking to her. I witnessed her sending another waiter every time I needed something. It was apparent that she did not want to help me even though she was my waiter. I spoke to the supervisor who tried defending (ofc) such nasty behavior. The supervisor informed me that the manager, Daniel would contact me — he never did. I knew he would not b/c they did not care, their actions showed it. Sadly, those encounters sealed my trip for me. It was disappointing, and frustrating, to say the least. My experience was overwhelmingly negative. Money not well spent. (I am not interested in reading that the hotel is “sorry” or a response justifying the appalling service at Zoetry Curaçao Resort & Spa).

These employees I listed made us all feel welcomed, taken care...

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Curacao is a beautiful place but I would never return to this hotel ever. I stayed here April 25th to May 1st. 1st.. My bday was April 28th and I put in a request for my room to be decorated with a simple banner and sweet cake on April 20th. Which is complimentary, nothing big. I wrote to the hotel on Whatsapp, April 27th I checked in with them and they told me I had put in the request too late, but I already asked 7days prior. April 29th after I got in from dinner with my boyfriend they had they audacity to put up a banner in Spanish (which I do not speak), Sweet pieces of cake on a plate that said "Happy Birhday" and a couple balloons. I was so disappointed because I've literally been asking for days, my bf even asked behind my back. 2nd... every time I used the bathroom and flushed, about 5 mins later it smelled like sewer. It made sense why the room had an incense  and matches that did not work. 3rd... My boyfriend dropped his toothbrush on the floor and needed a new one. He called the front desk and they stated that they did not carry toothbrushes. What type of hotel doesn't carry toothbrushes? We were in disbelief. They mentioned that we should go across the street to their sister hotel which is Dreams Hotel & Spa. Not only did that inconvenience us but we had to purchase the toothbrush, it was not free. 4th... Zoetry Resort & Spa is an Adults-Only hotel... well so I thought until I seen a family and what it looks to be a 7 month old baby in the pool. I could not believe my eyes. What was going on here, It was like stupidity just kept happening. I asked the worker Ruth which was the server by the pool area, and she told us Zoerty says its an Adult-Only resort but they accept children. I looked it up on Hyatt's website and it says their resorts are adult-oriented, but children are permitted. If i wanted to see children I would've stayed at a family resort. 5th... Whenever I'm on vacation I ONLY do shots... No cocktails because I get full too fast and obviously shots hit faster, I was at the pool with my boyfriend and asked Ruth which was one of the serving attendants that afternoon, for 8 shots, after that 8 more, after that 8 more... after the last round she gave use 2 shot glasses and a tall glass filled with the mixed drink which was suppose to be in shot glasses and then told me that was it, no more shots. My man and I was confused because who was she to tell us that was enough on my birthday. I mean I told her to keep them coming. She said that's it and walked off. I could understand if we were drunk and acting a fool but we were still very sober. Also do keep in mind these shots weren't straight liquor, they were all mixed shots. We then went up to the bar and asked for more shots and she told us they ran out of shot glasses!!! How tf does a hotel run out of shot glasses?!! I told her what's going on? This is an All-Inclusive resort and this is what I had paid for...Unlimited every thing. I can't believe what I was going through. 6th... My last night here April 30 we came in from dinner to what we thought was fresh sheets and a cleaned room. when I flipped over the pillow and sheets. There was my makeup stains and chocolate ice cream stains that i had left from the night before. We didn't even bother complaining about this because we were leaving in the morning. 7th... They only have 2 restaurants and one pool. The food at the resort isn't good either. There isn't much options. If you'd like more options, you'd have to go to their sister hotel across the street which is Dreams, but don't worry Zoetry provides a ride there. I would keep going but I can't remember what else there was. This resort will never see me and my mans face ever again. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT...
