Zala Gastro Lounge — Restaurant in Curaçao

The food is good (sushi and spicy tuna nachos). We went back twice but the service is lacking big time. You need to be really patient. It took both time more than one hour to get our food and 40 minutes for our drinks. Servers are chit chatting together and less serving. On one night after waiting and that my table got all their food I cancelled my not yet order made as it was 65 minutes waiting for one roll of sushi. Was there 21st Nov 2021 at 16:40.... Sun was having no mercy. Beautiful bar very nice place to spend your late afternoon drinking a beer and having some chips like I did. The Corona was cold and delicious and the chips were not generic. The salsa's with the chips were awesome especially the guacamole it had an awesome taste very delicious. Okay- so yes the service is lacking but the food is good. We did have to wait awhile for our drinks and food but the service is trying and you have to give them credit. Go to the bar and grab your drinks and if you want food, get there early so you can sit in the restaurant which would be smart.
