Was the first restaurant we ate at. Needless to say we didnt eat at the hotel again the entire trip. We sit down and the server says "hello sorry it is my first day please be patient" we said no problem and ordered drinks. Then a different server came over and said "hey what can i get you"? We were purplexed and told her someones already serving us but she took our food order anyway. Then a THIRD server came over and said "sorry we are about to serve pizza we cannot do anything else" this is us 20 mins into sitting down already so we said screw it and changed our order to pizza. Pizza came out in an ok time but wasnt that good, and i knew it wouldnt be good since you dont order pizza in a foreign country wheb you are from new york, every thing will be sub par compared to that. So these "pizzas" were close to 65 DOLLARS w/o tip. Lol what? So let me get this straight, you miscommunicated to guests who are jet lagged from a 7 hour flight then over change them? Oh and i got up to leave and they said "Wait you forgot to sign" like how did i know that? No one ever came over to ask us how it was or anything after that. Please do your self a favor and eat at other restaurants in Curaçao, the hotel ones stink. Oh and you can read my review about...

This carelessness from the kitchen staff was unacceptable and I found myself struggling to eat at the resort for the rest of my stay. I informed the waitress and then the manager of the restaurant who offered to comp my dinner however due to paying for the all inclusive meal plan nothing was done to rectify...
Read moreOverpriced and Disappointing! We ate at The Salty Iguana at the Marriott Curacao and were really disappointed. We ordered the pinchos—$30+ for a few tiny, dry pieces of meat with no sides included. Paid an extra $7 for a tiny portion of sweet potato chips. Also had the Alfredo pasta, which came with barely any sauce and was bland. Overall, the food was dry, cold, flavorless, and extremely overpriced. Felt like a total rip-off. Definitely not worth it. There are far better options...
