Absolutely amazing!!! I wasn't expecting to have a full nice view on the river, with a dog and two parrots. Very tranquille area 15 min away from the city centre. The breakfast was huge and delicious. Can't wait to come back asap, plus the owner was super nice and friendly, we loved it so much!!! Thank youuuuu

We had a great time here! The owner, Norbert was very kind and generous, helped us with anything we needed and he is an amazing person. The location is great - easy to get anywhere, the city center is about 10-15 mins of walk in the most pastoral trail away. We will definitely come again.

Wonderful place, newly rebuilt flats in a house boat! Built with care and in very high quality, spacious and with modern and beautiful interior (neither a biiig bathtub with a shower nor a completely equipped, nice kitchen area with a coffee machine is missing), an additional couch with sleeping - option allows relaxing with a stunning view, very comfortable beds... and I heard the Sauna will be ready very soon!

Rich and tasty breakfast is waiting for you (your host will ensure you will miss nothing), you will start your day with an absolutely breathtaking view from the huge windows in the living room towards the river!!!

Search no more if you are looking for a stunning vacation location, trust me: you just found it!

We arrived as guests and go as friends and already know that will come back - thank you so much for everything...

Absolut freundlicher und umkomplizerter Empfang durch den Vermieter Norbert. Die zwei Zimmer auf dem Hausboot sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gibt ausreichend Platz. Die Küchenecke ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für das Frühstück benötigt. Kaffee und Tee sind in verschiedenen Sorten ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstück kann selbständig zubereitet werden, alles steht im Kühlschrank und den Schränken bereit (Brötchen, Brot, Käse Wurst, Eier, Smothie, Kakao etc.) Das Bett ist bequem, ein Schrank hat bei unseren zwei Übernachtungen nicht gefehlt. Der Sonnenaufgang kann aus dem Wohn- Esszimmer bestaunt werden. Fahrräder sollten unbedingt mitgenommen werden. Vom Hausboot aus kann man mit Rädern super die Stadt erkunden. Zwolle ist eine wiklich schöne Stadt, die Ausrichtung auf den Fahrradverkehr einfach toll. Die Rundtour um Zwolle herum lohnenswert. Navifahrer aufgepasst: TomTom schickt einen bei der Eingabe Almelosekanal 177 auf die falsche Kanalseite in eine Sackgasse. In Zwolle über Google Maps leiten lassen. Insgesamt ist alles sehr positiv...

I travel to Zwolle for work occasionally and have stayed in a few hotels across the city. This place beats them all. The bed is comfortable, the heater and AC work well, and Norbert is maybe the nicest person I've met in all of NL. This will always be the first place I try to book when I'm coming...
