Sam Grillroom — Restaurant in Zwolle

Ordered two pizzas to be delivered and found our entire experience to be quite underwhelming.

We ordered the capricciosa and the pollo pizza. Besides the payment issue to which we lost our €30 voucher, we still continued to order our pizzas (since we wanted to try this place) and we paid normal/full price for that.

We placed our order at 16:44 and our pizzas wete deliverd at 18:17. It took a total of 90minutes for our order to be delivered.

The order confirmation in the Thuisbezorgd app also doesn't show when your order will be delivered or any updates to when it is on it's way. Because of the lack of information in the app we decided to call to see if they got our order and when we could expect them. The first person that picked up was ununderstandable in terms of language and quality of the phone call. We somewhat could make out that they said our order was to arrive at 17:45.

At 17:50 we called again and asked where our order was and when we could expect it. The gentleman on the phone this time was easy to understand and said they had delays and it just left the shop.

I am all for trying new places, but if you'd like your food relatively quick and or warm, you might want to order from a different place.

However: besides the pizza being a little soggy, the flavour was amazing. Both pizzas had plenty of toppings and spices, which was a nice surprise. The only reason they are still getting 3 stars is due to the flavour of the pizza itself.

There is plenty of room for improvement at this...

I don’t know how they got a license to open a restaurant since they don’t have the qualifications of a noob chef. Apart from the inedible food they serve you the rudeness of the owner and his unforeseen audacity with treating customers puts the cherry on top with how you shouldn’t go there neither recommend...

k had een tosti besteld van 5 euro. Kon de helft ervan af halen omdat het zwart was. Dat laat je toch niet bezorgen? ik had contact opgenomen met thuisbezorgd, en er wordt gezegd van uit Sam grillroom dat er contact met mij is geweest en dat er een nalevering is geweest. Wat dus helemaal niet waar is. Want ik heb enkel alleen met thuisbezorgd contact opgenomen en Sam grillroom heeft geen contact met mij opgenomen en ik ook niet met hun. Het gaat me niet om die 5 euro. Maar puur om het principe en dan zulke slechte service bieden en er nog over liegen ook. Dit bolletje is sowieso geen...
