Our group all agreed that they had a great time, apart from a couple of minor incidents, first being the great bagel theft of Saturday morning, Pete and i got to the counter there were 2 left,Ross and Brendon standing behind us had ordered theres but some low life took theres(we ended up cutting mine and Petes in half so they didnt go hungry),the Mohawk Indian serving us said they had orders for 21,yet there was 23 in cafe, all part of our group. What i suggest is the Mohawk man or who is serving should ask the name of the bagel receipiant what there name is and tick it off the list as they receive it,as long the bagel thief cant see the list then if there name isnt there then no bagel for you laddie. We know its not your fault if someone in our group decides to be dishonest, but my proposed system might work better. The other gripe is the drug crazed maniac who attacked the front of the building with a machete at 5am Monday morning do it at a more civilized time maybe 8am ,similar to an alarm clock so we dont miss breakfast. Also i hope there was no fire damage on Sunday night, the staff did great job evacuating the building and the weather was good whilst waiting for the all clear.Top marks to the chef for the dinners as well. All the staff were great, even the Mohican !Thanks...

Don't ever stay there if you think you'll get a good night sleep. The rooms are so close to each other, when other patrons come back from where ever they were partying, they carry on laughing and talking. Two nights on a row now. It's 11pm this time. The cell phone number to ring that is listed when things go wrong, is inactive. The night before, dinning at the Kings bar and restaurant, there was also body hair in the food. They did give a discount on the bill though. In all, with our children, in a family room where it's cramped, never again will we pay hundreds of dollars to stay at this location. People seem to lack any form of consideration for others! The morning we left, I took photos of the units condition. Age old cobwebbs. Some childrens jandles under bed. Not to mention the cockroach. Then the mess outisde from the very loud neighbours. Definitaly NOT...

This is a hotel/hostel, has not been updated for years and may have been acceptable back in the 70's but not now. The room we had was set out for a family of 4, with bunk beds and a dubble bed. There were two plastic chairs and no space. If a family were in there, they would have been overcrowded. The walls are so thin you can hear everything and some guests were very noisy and drunk. The room had no ventilation, there was only one window which only opened 2 inches and no air-conditioning. The car park at the rear was just a rough piece of ground. Did not feel overly safe here and left as early as we could. The only positives we could say, that it was clean, had hot water and the bed was comfy. I would not recommend this as a...

Paid $480 for a family room for 2 nights - it is soooo small, definitely not big enough for a 4 person family. Cobwebs and cochroaches share your room with you. Other people's jandals were under the bed. And then, not to forget the rowdy neighbours. The walls are so thin that you can hear people next door breathe. We had a couple that was going off on the top of their lungs, laughing and talking etc. We couldn't sleep. And then finding body hair in my child's food - got a discount for that, but other than very expensive for the not even basics you get, not worth it. Will not be going back here ever again. So if you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is not the place to stay with a family.
