One of the best campsites I’ve ever stayed in! Bathrooms are great, they have all of the kitchen facilities you could need including pots and pans, microwave, fridge, toaster etc. the owners don’t bother you, just treat it like home and clean up after yourself! There are bins everywhere so you can be self sufficient. I stayed for 5 nights and the waterfront views are amazing! Honestly one of the best camps I have ever stayed at. Make sure you do the farewell spit tour, it was unforgettable.

A little slice of paradise. We were in a tent for a whole week. The park and facilities are super clean and new. The managers always had a smile and a hi. It's quite a small park within 2 minutes walk to the few shops. There is great fishing without going anywhere. A fantastic place to stay. My only suggestion would be signs reminding others to keep the noise down after 10. We had some self entitled motorhomer that decided that was a good time to do the laundry at 10pm.

IMAGINE!! Your own private toilet, shower and bathroom!! IMAGINE!! 30 seconds walk to AWESOME FISHING straight off the shore! Park your campervan/ motorhome and fish straight out the door!! IMAGINE!! beautiful beach walks, welcoming safe swimming, picturesque views. IMAGINE!! a camp with pride in meticulously cared for buildings. IMAGINE!! A camp the whole family will love ( even has tennis courts) THIS IS IT!!! 👍👍👍🌞🌞😎

We’ve just wrapped up our third year camping at Collingwood Holiday Park, and once again, it was an unforgettable experience! We stayed for two weeks, and from start to finish, we loved every minute of it. Jac and Grant, the park managers, are simply the best hosts, always accommodating, friendly, and just genuinely cool people. They go out of their way to make sure everything runs smoothly, which we really appreciate.

We were two families, both with young kids aged between 9 and 13, and they absolutely loved it here. The park is full of activities to keep them entertained. Whether it’s fishing, swimming, or a game of tennis on the court, there’s always something to do. They also had a blast just playing around the campgrounds, which are so safe that we never had to worry.

The camp sites are spacious, and the kitchen and bathroom facilities are always clean, tidy and well maintained.

If you’re looking for a family friendly, well managed park with plenty to keep the kids happy and stress-free relaxation for the adults, Collingwood Holiday Park is the place to be. We’re already looking forward to next year!

The best holiday park I have been to. 5/5 cleanliness 5/5 showers (the pressure of the showers was amazing) 5/5 cabins comfortable beds and clean sheets no cob webs to be seen. Dark curtains so you can sleep a little longer. We stayed one night here. 5/5 wifi - above 10mbps so great for remote work and travel 5/5 amenities- kitchen and communal room with utensils/pots/plates in kitchen and comfortable places to sit with charging ports in the lounge. Tennis and basketball court also 5/5 customer service, really lovely couple that run the place! 5/5 view - you get the ocean view and kahurangi mountains as well 5/5 location. Not far from top end of Abel tasman and great spot to go see the farewell spit/puponga area with less than half an hour drive. 5/5 price for tent site- $35 for 2 which is reasonable and Farley priced. We stayed second night here. Good firm ground so pegs go in easily. 5/5 sustainability as they recycle

Couldn't be happier! Thank you so much for running an...

Very clean and pleasant campground that’s well maintained. Staff were nice and friendly and it’s in a great location. FOR TENTS - Only thing is the plot we were in (plot 5) was not suitable for a tent as advertised, a local saw us pitching and told us it’s built on an old road and there’s about an inch of loose soil and grass and then bitumen or gravel underneath. People next to us (plot 4)had the same issue and helped us pitch using a hammer and some of their stronger pegs but we ended up just having to use rocks to weigh some ropes down. We tried moving the tent around a lot but the whole plot was the same. Took over an hour to get our tent properly pitched in the wind and rain which was bit of a buzzkill. Our pegs were destroyed and we need to get a new set now. So probably wouldn’t bother if you’re in a tent. Other than that...
