We have stayed in this motel several times. since the last stay it has been upgraded. The beds are very comfortable and plenty of space in the lounge and kitchen area. There is a hot water cupboard with hooks for drying wet clothing which we found very handy. Its an ideal situation for the café, tavern and other amenities. there are interesting and historic features to see around that area plus a trip out to Farewell Spit by car or the Farewell Spit tours is excellent. We found the sofa rather low now we are older so put pillow on the seat to give it a boost. Maybe something to keep in mind for future renovations.
