Phew! What an experience at a N17,000 (about $46)/night hotel. Poor AC, poor customer interaction by the attendants (most of them - that is), breakfast - which they said would be between 7:30am and 9am - wasn't ready until about 9:17am or thereabouts. Gave us yam with sauce and asked us to eat with knives because their forks had been exhausted - only two sets of people were inside the restaurant at this time. Intercom took like 20mins before connecting to the front desk. Mannnn, the lights went on and off almost more times than the hours spent here. Such a creepy encounter at this supposed 'Posh' Apartment. Practically had to 'wait' before they got things done almost ALL THE TIME, they were NEVER READY! Don't go waste your money there if you're looking for premium services. The hotels that I paid N6k/N7k for were BETTER MANAGED than this. Really sad!

The experience was disappointing. First off, my reservation was cancelled because I checked in after 3pm. I called and messaged the hotel prior to checking in, to inform them of my lateness but there was no response from them. They told me they only had a #14,000 room per night available. I had no other choice so I went with it. The room was disappointing! It looked so unkempt (as you would see in the pictures). There were no towels, tea facilities and the wifi also didn't work - a nightmare! I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

This was the worst hotel/apartments I have stayed in so far, i was so baffled at the name and presentation of the hotel/apartments because it markets itself as an upscale hotel/apartments but fails to deliver on all. We stayed in the deluxe double room for about 13k a night.

Negative points:

We stayed from 24th - 27th of December, upon arrival our booking was lost and we were kept waiting for 20 minutes, before the receptionist realised we could just make another booking on the spot without wasting our time. Coincidentally as we were checking in another guest came out and informed the receptionist that he had been waiting for his meal for 20 minutes without an updates, he asked for an estimated time and was given another 20 mins (things did not get better from there). We had access to 2 clear channels WE HAD TO BEG THE FRONT OFFICE TO INFORM THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS TO SHUT OFF THE WATER, AS WE COULD NOT TAKE A SHOWER BECAUSE THEY WERE USING IT. We had to do this every time we wanted to take a shower. The staff did not know what room was occupied or free and proceeded to open our room door with myself and my wife in the room. The did not call to apologies or anything, we had to call them and inform them that someone tried to walk into our room, thats when they said it was them. Their breakfast which is meant to be complimentary (is just for one person with a choice of tea/ coffee and bread and egg). So even if the room is booked for a family, there will only be breakfast for one person. The eggs were made in a location off site meaning that the staff had to carry the eggs in a plate across the road covered by a measly napkin. My breaking point came when we traveled mid trip, I specifically asked the front desk to clean our room and then we left the clean my room sign on the door. I am sure you can guess what happened, our room was completely untouched, uncleaned and nothing was replenished. There is so much more wrong with this hotel/apartments like the wifi, the fact that the hotel is situated in-between a church that leave their speakers outside, it was so bad we could not hear the tv over their preaching.

Positive points:

The bed was comfortable Outside the estate, there are a lot of shops and restaurants.

Final thoughts:

Save your money, time and sanity, go for chesterfield or a...

My encounter with your hotel and staff was terrible. First I could feel dust on most surfaces in the room and the terrible experience of your parking space. The security guy knocked on my door more than thrice to ask me to come downstairs and re-park. Because am parking a different compound and staying in another compound, please what’s posh about that? Behind my window around 11pm and 1am, there were guys and ladies making nose there. I wonder how people downstairs get to sleep. When I complained one of the gateman that came to call me to re-park he shamelessly told me that though the hotel service was a mess but he served me well! I don’t need eye service from any staff, what I paid for is an excellent service from all the team. But I guess because of your faulty system, the staff tends to work for there personal gain and that’s counterproductive. The front-desk guy as rude. You will have to call him multiple times to get a single request done. All your staff live by is tips, without it, they find it difficult to truly do their job. And that’s terrible! And light will go off for up to 3mins or more before anyone can get it back on. I can tell you truly, I have never in my life seen such a hotel like that. It was necessity that made me endure that one night. Very terrible experience indeed! You can find out from the front desk guy, I gave him and some other a piece of my mind. And i decline giving anyone anything because the sad thing is despite all my complaints, your staff were indifferent, only waiting...
